In 2003 he was named Pastor of St. Mary's in Downs, Illinois and chaplain of Central Catholic High School, Bloomington. One year later, while remaining chaplain of Central Catholic, he became pastor of St. Patrick's in Wapella, where he served for six years. Father Henehan has led St. Jude Parish as Pastor since June 16, 2010.
Father Henehan's Friday masses are thoroughly enjoyed by St. Jude Catholic School students and parishioners, alike. An exceptional priest and passionate preacher of Jesus Christ, Father also teaches religion to our 3rd grade students.
